Supporting the Introduction of the PoC Method for High-speed Automotive Networks Through Component Selection Efficiency

PoC, which can reduce the number of cables connecting to automotive cameras, requires a Bias-T circuit to separate the signals and power supply. Inductors for such circuits cannot simply be selected, but they can be easily selected by using Murata’s online tool (BIST). Therefore, we spoke with the managers who were involved in the development of BIST about the features and objectives in releasing the tool. This is an introduction to a technology article about Murata Manufacturing.
